During the Barcelona beer festival we were able to collaborate with our Danish friends from Toøl. That’s why we were inspired by one of that country’s quantum theories.

The Schrödinger cat theory states the dual state of particles. Like overlapping particles, this beer unfolds a dance of flavors that intertwine in a surprising balance.

Like an uncertain electron, multiple possibilities unfold in each sip. Hops dance in an energetic choreography, oscillating between citrus and fruity notes while malts provide a solid and sweet foundation like a resting particle.

On the first sip, an explosion of tropical and citrus flavors unfolds. The flavors of mango, pineapple and passion fruit dominate, offering a profile of juicy and ripe tropical fruits. The presence of Nelson Sauvin hops adds an additional extra layer of complexity with notes of white grape and a slight touch of white wine. In the background, the Motueka hops provide a citrus and herbal character, balancing the overall profile.

Malts: Barley malt, wheat malt, oat malt, oat flakes and barley flakes
Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.
Triple Dryhopping: Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.
