DDH IPA Single Hop Simcoe. Orange in color with a certain turbidity and a creamy and persistent foam. In the mouth it has a silkiness and creaminess provided by the malts of wheat and oats that give it a medium body. In aroma and taste we find notes of stone fruit such as apricot or vine peach along with notes of marshmallow and citrus from this variety of hops.
The Simcoe variety began to be produced in the year 2000 as an aromatic evolution of Cascade hops, for its earthy and fruity point has become hugely popular in the world of craft beers.
