A Fruity Gose with raspberry, passion fruit and apricot with attractive red-grapefruit and thin pink foam. Symbiosis, brewed in collaboration with Jakobsland, gives off an intense and pleasant scent of fresh summer fruit thanks to its generous dry fruiting. In the mouth it is effervescent, and fresh. A delicate point of salt of the style is perceived that enhances the fruit flavours and hops of the beer, which ends with a dry finish that invites another drink.
