Can you imagine sitting on the dark side of the moon or on a tiny planet waiting to glimpse the best of the fleeting stars in front of your eyes? Well, don’t wait any longer. We don’t know where she is, but the beer is in front of you. An IPA DDH that will make you flip, when it travels all corners of your palate, will make you feel that the moon never had a dark side.

With a yellowish color and hazy appearance, it gives us a wave of fruit aromas, among them the white grapes stand out accompanied by citrus and spicy notes. When drinking a sip we remember citrus fruits, peach, as well as herbal and slightly spicy notes of Aramis hops. It has a dry and very pleasant finish.

Malts: Barley malt, wheat malt, oat flakes and oatmeal.
Hops: Aramis, Citra, Hallertau white and Simcoe
Dry Hopping: Aramis, Citra, Hallertau Blanc and Simcoe
