Another new beer from our Farmhouse Espiga project. We continue to discover the potential of our KM zero with this beer that consists of a Blender between two worts: wort of a Grape ale aged in foudre with Xarel·lo del Penedès grapes and a wort fermented with house yeast, and with a Cascade hopping dry hopping grown in Girona. Once the Blender is done, we add cranberries and let it macerate for 4 months at room temperature, and after 2 months in the cold, we can already enjoy its complexity.

It is an 8-degree beer with a clean appearance and pink color accompanied by a light carbonation with a fine bubble that makes it very pleasant on the palate. Funky aroma notes from spontaneous fermentation predominate, notes of wood and followed by sweet notes of cranberries. They find a perfect balance between sweet fruits and the acid typical of this variety of beers. Despite its high complexity it is a light and easy to drink beer ideal to enjoy an aperitif on a hot day.

Maltes: Barley malt, Wheat malt and oat malt.
