Simcoe i Centennial is the fifth beer in the DUAL HOPS collection that we make this year. With a hazy look, an intense golden color and a creamy white foam. The protagonists are the hops Simcoe and Centennial, we have chosen these hops because now begins the peach season and the Simcoe reminds us of this summer fruit of the Mediterranean.

In aroma we find fruity notes of ripe peach from the Mediterranean, accompanied by herbal and citrus notes of Centennial hops that give it a feeling of freshness. We also find this sensation on the palate: we enjoy the summer fruits in a hazy-looking IPA, with moderate bitterness accompanied by a silky sensation and dry finish that makes for an irresistible sip.
