Popular culture is the second IPA in the series of homage to the board games that we will make during this 2021. This time we did homage to the famous game that has made us learn while we eat “cheeses”. Yellowish in colour with orange touches, with creamy and persistent white foam on the palate is silky and medium bodied. In aroma and taste we find citrus notes and stone fruit provided by an abundant dry hopping with Hops Simcoe ,Citra and Idaho, there are also notes of white fruit provided by the hops Hellaertau Blanc.
