6,5% / 30 IBU

We are very pleased to collaborate with the Twins, two sisters who help promote beer culture from their venue in Tarragona.

We chose a NEIPA, a style we both truly love. This 6.5% ABV NEIPA features a signature hazy appearance and a golden color. On the nose, we find the full potential offered by the New Zealand hops Wai-iti and Waimea, combined with Idaho 7 from the United States. Together, they bring notes of tropical fruits and melon, balanced with citrusy hints of mandarin and lemon. On the palate, it delivers a silky mouthfeel and a low bitterness that allows for a smooth, well-rounded sip and a deep appreciation of all the hop characteristics.

Malts:Barley malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, oat malt, and barley flakes.
Hops: Idaho 7, Wai-iti and Waimea.
Dry hopping: Idaho 7, Wai-iti and Waimea.
