Espiga’s first recipe exhibits an attractive amber tint with reddish reflections and a creamy ocher foam. With different aromatic nuances of malt, that remember the crust of bread, grain or toasted caramel as well as earthy, floral and herbal. In mouth it presents a light body and moderate carbonation, pronouncing the earthy and bitter character, memories of chocolate and spices. Dry finish and pleasantly bitter.
