The Pack La Nueva IPA & The New IPA is a very special collaboration that we have developed together with an entire institution in the universe of New England IPA as it is Scott Janish, thanks to the collaboration of our friends Libros de Guarda, the first publishing house specializing in spanish beer books.
Titles like Scott’sThe new IPA are the ones that have taught us how to work hops… and now we have had the opportunity to collaborate with the great master! That is why we wanted to create an East Coast IPA, and explore and squeeze all the potential that hops can give us.
