This craft brewery shares our passion for reviving English styles that highlight the character of the malts. This has led us to collaborate once again to brew a Strong Ale.

The result is a dark amber beer with reddish highlights and a dense, persistent head. On the nose, you’ll find notes of caramel, toffee, and honey, accompanied by subtle hints of ripe fruit. It features a silky texture and an initial sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a moderate bitterness in the background. Roasted flavors of caramel and nuts blend with woody nuances in a beer that is light and very pleasant on the palate.

Ideal for lovers of classic styles and for those who prefer beers that are not overly hopped

Malts: Barley malt: Pale ale and Crystal.

Hops: Zeus and Centennial.
