A pale yellowish DDH Sour with fine bubbles that combine the best of hops and acid fermentation. Brewed in collaboration with friends of Beer Mosaic. The fruity and tropical notes of hops stand out in aroma. In mouth, it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate bitterness of hops that are balanced with nuances generated by wheat flakes and Lactobacillus yeast.
