A West Coast IPA in the classic American style brewed with the friends of La Superbe, microbrewery from the French Basque Country (Biarritz) with whom we have prepared together this recipe. Yellowish colour with orange touches, with creamy and persistent white foam in mouth, bitterness and dryness characteristic of this style. In aroma and taste we find notes of tropical fruit and herbaceous provided by an abundant dry hopping with hops Mosaic, Simcoe and Amarillo.
