An IPA with Double Dry Hopping brewed to announce the arrival of a new Espiga Baby. Yellowish in colour, hazy with creamy and persistent foam. Silkiness and creaminess from wheat and oats. In aroma and flavor we find notes of tropical fruit provided by the abundant amounts of Mosaic hops as well as white and peach fruit from Simcoe.
