A pale yellowish Fruity Sour with fine bubbles. Brewed in collaboration with friends of Beer Mosaic. In aroma, the fruity tropical notes from the dragon fruit and the passion fruit stand out, which generates a very exotic and captivating fragrance. In the mouth it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate sweetness of the whip with which it is balanced with the nuances generated by wheat flakes and the yeast Lactobacillus, essential to obtain the net character of lactic acid so characteristic in this style of Berlin origin.
