We continue our collaboration with Nordic countries, this time with Salama Brewing from Finland.

Since we both love IPAs, we have gone crazy once again for hops and imagined ourselves as monkeys living in the hop jungle, jumping from vine to vine.

That’s why we’ve crafted a NEIPA that boasts a yellow, intense golden hue and a hazy appearance. With a dense, persistent, creamy-looking foam. Its aroma carries intense and fresh fruity notes of tropical fruits such as mango, passion fruit, and pineapple, contributed by Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Citrusy aromas of grapefruit and mandarin intertwine with these tropical notes. On the palate, we experience a fruity explosion of ripe mango, juicy pineapple, and orange peel intertwined with soft hints of peach and a subtle presence of pine. The bitterness is balanced, allowing the fruity flavors to stand out without being overwhelming. Its moderate carbonation enhances the freshness of the fruity flavors, while its smooth finish invites another sip.

Malts: Malts:Barley malt, wheat malt, oat malt, oat flakes and barley flakes.
Hops: Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Azacca.
Dry hopping: Idaho 7, Simcoe, and Azacca.
