We are very happy to collaborate with La Canibal, a gastronomic space with very select products in the Atocha area of Madrid. We have produced DESHIELO: a very fresh DDH IPA to say goodbye to the summer. It has 6 degrees of alcohol, a dark yellow color, bright and with orange reflections. In aroma we find the tropical mango-type fruit of the hops Azacca, which is wrapped by the freshness and minty sensation of the Polaris hops and the citrus notes of the Cascade and Citra hops. It is very pleasant the feeling left in the mouth by this game of malts where we have incorporated wheat that also gives us melosity, softens the maltose part and leaves even more prominence to hops during the sip.

Malts: Barley malt, wheat malt, oat flakes and wheat.
Hops: Polaris
Dry Hopping: Polaris, Sorachi Ace, Cascade, Azacca and Citra.
