Demeter, the Greek goddess of agriculture, accompanied us last September. She had previously ensured growth and abundance, guaranteeing a good hop harvest, and off we went to gather it. We harvested the Chinook variety in the Biolupulus fields, and that same day we put it in the boiler to brew this beer.

This IPA DDH with 6.5% ABV and a golden color has a hazy appearance. In the aroma, we find earthy, resinous, and woody notes from the fresh Chinook, accompanied by hints of white grape and light notes of tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, or peach.

On the palate, we appreciate all these flavors in a silky and smooth sip, thanks to the combination of malts and hops it provides.

Enjoy this beer straight from the field to the can 😉

Malts: Barley malt, oat flakes, wheat malt, oat malt, and barley flakes.
Hops:  Harvest Chinook, Hallertau blanc, Mosaic and Idaho 7.
Dry hopping: Harvest Chinook, Hallertau blanc, Mosaic and Idaho 7.
