Delta is a new DIPA in collaboration with Valhalla, “a majestic craft beer salon” located in Valencia, with whom we are united by a close friendship, and to celebrate its 4th anniversary we wanted to make a special beer.

To make a nod at the Valhalla salon, we used the Norwegian yeast Kviek. This yeast also gives us fruity notes that in combination with Simcoe hops that provide mostly peach notes, the Nelson sauvin its notes of forest fruits, and the citrus notes of Citra, make a round and balanced combination of sweet, sour and sour fruits notes. The high load of oats helps to better express the fruity notes of hops and achieve a round flavor.

Malts: Barley, wheat, and oat and barley flakes
Hops: Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, idaho7 and Citra
