Description

4,5% / 55 IBU

It is an IPA Session with a bright and crystalline golden color. It forms a creamy white foam that remains persistent on the surface of the beer.

The numerous hops selected for this beer provide a rich and complex aroma. Intense citrus notes, such as pomel and orange, come from the Zeus and Centennial hops. The Idaho 7 hop adds touches of ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and mango. In addition, subtle herbal and resinous nuances of hops HBC-586 are appreciated, while Cashmere adds a delicate fragrance of peach and stone fruits. Completing the aromatic profile, the hops Mosaic, El Dorado and HBC-630 provide an explosion of notes of fresh tropical fruits, such as passion fruit, melon and pineapple.

This Session IPA has a light and refreshing body. The bitterness is moderate, allowing the flavors of the hops to stand out in each sip.

It is a perfect beer to enjoy in an extended session during this summer!
