A Fruity Sour Farmhouse Ale made in collaboration with Màger. As a great singularity in its elaboration, wild ferments have been used, specially selected by us from various wine barrels of the Penedès, combined with an open fermentation process.

Pink with little persistent white foam, silky on the palate and light in body. The aroma and taste are dominated by the citrus and red fruit notes provided both by the wild yeasts and lactic ferments of the fermentation and by the blueberries and raspberries used in its elaboration. There are also acetic, vanilla and wood notes from the blend with beer ripened nine months in red wine barrels. In short, we are faced with a beer of high complexity that will make us work all our organoleptic senses.
