7% vol. // 80 IBU

We are very happy to make this collaboration with our friends Browar Rockmill from Poland to those we met at the last Barcelona Beer Festival. We have chosen a West Coast IPA of 7% ABV.

It has a dark golden color and translucent appearance. We love to use citrus and herbal hops in the West Coast and this time we have selected Centennial, Cascade, Zeus which also gives us spicy pepper-type notes and cashmere that also gives us citrus notes but also white melon. And to this equation of citrus and resinous hops we have added Mediterranean notes of peach introducing Simcoe hops.

A beer with an intense golden appearance, herbal, resinous and citrus aroma. In the sip you can see a balance of the malts crisp with the citrus notes of the hops that make you enjoy a fresh, clean sip with a dry finish.

Malts: Lager Malt, Imperial Malt, Golden Promise and Munich Malt.
Hops: Zeus, Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Cashmere
