7,5% / 42 IBU
We wanted to take an alternative balloon trip to contemplate the hop fields and this time our travel companions are the friends of Magic Road. To enjoy the trip we wanted to do a 7.5 degree IPA hazy.
Alternative Road has a hazy appearance and is a fascinating sensory experience. Upon seeing it, you can see an opaque golden yellow and turbid color, with a dense white foam that adheres to the margin of the glass.
On the nose, a symphony of intense and tropical aromas unfolds. Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and El Dorado hops work in harmony to provide an explosion of both tropical and berry fruits. Notes of ripe pineapple, sweet mango and passion fruit can be distinguished, with subtle touches of white grapes, red fruits and peach.
It is a medium-bodied beer with a smooth, silky texture. On the palate, the fruity flavors continue to dominate, with a notable presence of pineapple and mango. The hops contribute a balanced bitterness that is not overwhelming, complemented by a slight malt sweetness and a touch of caramel.
The finish is fresh and refreshing, with a mild bitterness that invites to another sip. This hazy IPA with Citra, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and El Dorado hops is a delight for tropical flavor enthusiasts.
