An Imperial Stout aged for 6 months in Bourbon barrels in collaboration with Laugar. Intense black in colour with creamy and persistent foam. In aroma and flavor, the notes of cocoa used for the elaboration of Catànies, the most famous chocolates of the Penedès, are combined with light touches of red fruits and vanilla. Despite its high degree of graduation, it is not aggressive in the mouth thanks to the unctuousness and middle body that confers the use of roasted malts and lactose.

• Malts: Pilsner, Pale Ale, Dextrin Malt, Munich, Imperial, Carafa Special III, Chocolate Malt, Unmalted Roasted Barley & Flaked Oats
• Hops: Galena
• Cocoa, Vanilla, Lactose
• 6 months aged in Whiskey barrel
