Description of the job offer:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible person, who has knowledge of brewing and minimum professional experience of one year in microbreweries like Brewer’s assistant. Knowledge and courses on beer will be assessed: IBD, SIEBEL etc.

It will also take into account an experience of at least 2 years in microbreweries of > = 1000 L/lot.

Functions for the job:

  • Beer process Control.
  • Grinded, Mashing, Boiling and transfer.
  • Fermentation Control, dry hoppings.
  • Evaluation of the levels of CO2 and O2 throughout the process.
  • Preparation of bottling and labelling.
  • Work with aged beers in the barrel.
  • Bottling and labelling Control.
  • Participate in the elaboration process of new recipes.
  • Yeast handling.
  • CIP

Annual gross Salary: 17,000€-18,000 €

Necessary requirements for the job:
