Appointment: 2nd Brewer
Description of the job offer:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible person, who has knowledge of brewing and minimum professional experience of one year in microbreweries like Brewer’s assistant. Knowledge and courses on beer will be assessed: IBD, SIEBEL etc.
It will also take into account an experience of at least 2 years in microbreweries of > = 1000 L/lot.
Functions for the job:
- Beer process Control.
- Grinded, Mashing, Boiling and transfer.
- Fermentation Control, dry hoppings.
- Evaluation of the levels of CO2 and O2 throughout the process.
- Preparation of bottling and labelling.
- Work with aged beers in the barrel.
- Bottling and labelling Control.
- Participate in the elaboration process of new recipes.
- Yeast handling.
Annual gross Salary: 17,000€-18,000 €
